
Welcome to Bounty Slimming
I thought I would start a blog to motivate myself to stay on track with my weight loss and to offer you all the chance to try some of the recipes I develop on my path to my target weight.
I currently want to lose about 5 1/2 stone!!! which at the minute seems very daunting and who knows I might even extend my target weight along the way.
I have two children who are now older and quite independent so I have a bit more time on my hands to concentrate on myself for what seems like the first time in an eternity. I run a small pub in Lancashire and spend most of my time in the kitchen cooking which is fatal where picking is concerned! All those lovely foods are just sat there staring at you. So that's my first hurdle to overcome. I am also doing a Psychology Bsc too so sometimes my prep time for meals is limited. So being ultra organised is going to be key for me.
I would love for you to follow my blog and get in touch from time to time. It's going to be a long road for me and I hope I can come up with some tasty, healthy recipes for you which will help you to achieve your target weight too.
